Problem: Idle GPUs and unmonitored storage were inflating cloud spend on model training.
Cut idle GPU and storage cost through targeted monitoring, alerting, and right-sizing, without slowing experimentation.
GitOps delivery, standardized
Problem: Inconsistent, complex deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OVH.
Rolled out ArgoCD with opinionated Helm charts and one GitOps workflow, turning multi-step manual deploys into a single reviewed git merge.

Designed and operated aligned environments, including AWS GovCloud (IL5), so regulated workloads shipped without audit scrambles.
Off the provider lock-in
Problem: Provider-locked managed services raised cost and limited portability.
Replaced them with open-source equivalents (MinIO, Kafka, Redis, CNPG, OpenBao) for a platform that runs the same everywhere.
